Thank you for shopping at Hoveli. If you are not satisfied with our product, We have a 30-day return policy from the date you received it and we are here to help you.

Returns Conditions

  • Within 30-day from the date you received it.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase from us.

Shipping fee for returns

  • If the product is defective, return costs will not be charged to the customer.
  • If the customer wants a refund simply because they have changed their mind or no longer want the products, then they will have to pay the return shipping costs.

Damaged/bad products

Exchanges
